Questions related to resending of license information are answered within 24 hours. Questions related to technical problems or general questions are answered within two working days. If you haven't received a reply within that timeframe, this is either because your spam filters rejected our reply, or your ISP blocked it. Please check your junk mail folder. If you can't find our reply there, please email us your phone number, time zone and the date/time when we may call you, so that we can then provide a reply by phone. |

If you want to email us your images, please try to limit the file size under 500Kb using an appropriate compression factor. |

If you have an FTP program, then we encourage you to upload your images to the incoming of our anonymous FTP server:
