Upgrade Information

If you purchased the Photomatix Pro boxed product on Amazon, please enter the serial number that came with the box in the form below.

Serial Number:  

The serial number is printed on the front cover of the user manual booklet included in the box.

If you have lost the user manual but still have access to the computer where you registered Photomatix Pro with the serial number in the box, then you can retrieve it as follows:

  1. Download and install Photomatix Pro 6 on the computer where you had registered Photomatix Pro with the serial number in the box.
  2. Launch Photomatix Pro and close any message windows that come up.
  3. If you are on Windows, click on the 'Help' menu at the top. If you are on Mac, click on the 'Photomatix Pro' menu.
  4. Select 'License Information' from the menu list.
  5. Copy the license key shown on the License Information panel and paste it in the above form.
