FAQ

How many credits does each operation cost?

One credit is charged for each operation that downloads a file. There are two of these:

  • Merging and processing a bracketed set with a preset or procesing a single image
  • Creating and downloading a 32-bit HDR image

Other operations such as uploading source images do not incur any credit charges.

When are my monthly HDR merge credits refreshed?

Your HDR merge credits refresh once a month.

How do I change the credit quantity of my subscription?

You can change the amount of monthly HDR merge credits in your subscription by purchasing a new subscription for the new amount and cancelling the old one.

You will then get a new API key that has the new number of credits on it.
