Photomatix Plugin for Capture One

The Capture One Plugin included in Photomatix Pro lets you select a set of bracketed photos in Capture One, merge it to HDR in Photomatix Pro and adjust the look of the HDR image before saving it back to your Capture One catalog or session.

You can choose from a large range of HDR styles and presets, from Realistic to Artistic, to adjust the HDR image to your liking. You can also choose a simple exposure fusion process using the 'Natural' preset, and then further adjust the look with Capture One's High Dynamic Range tool.

The plugin is compatible with Capture One version 12 and higher.

Installation Instructions

1. If you haven't downloaded Photomatix Pro yet, please do so from the download page.

2. If Capture One is installed on your computer, the Plugin should be automatically installed when you run the installer.

3. Restart Capture One.
4. Make sure the 'Edit Selected' option is selected (the icon is in the upper-right corner and should be orange).
5. Select a set of bracketed photos (or one single photo).
6. Right-click to invoke the contextual menu.
7. Select Edit With and then Merge to HDR with Photomatix Pro.
